Tortilla Pizza Rollups
These tortilla pizza rollups is an easy lunch, dinner or snack that will make the whole family happy. This delicious kid's snack can totally be made with your favorite toppings. It's a great recipe for cooking with young kids.

Ingredients
4 medium sized Tortillas Any kind you have on hand will work
25 cup Marinara Sauce or sauce/spread of choice
2 cups Cheese dairy/dairyfree/or cheese free
Toppings (your choice, or add your favorite toppings!)
5 cup mushrooms
5 cup baby kale
5 cup black olives
5 cup sweet peppers
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Cover pan with parchment paper
3. Make rollups by first spreading on your sauce. Sprinkle on your cheese, and then add your toppings.
4. Sprinkle on extra cheese to hold everything together.
5. Tightly roll your tortilla. Almost sushi like!
6. Slice your roll into 1in pieces and place flat onto parchment lined baking pan.
7. Bake for 15-25 or crispy all around. Remove from oven and enjoy!
* To Freeze- Let cool completely, then place baking pan into your freezer. Remove when frozen solid and then transfer to a plastic ziplock. Will last up to 3 months in the freezer.
* Fridge- Cool completely, then place into airtight container in the fridge for about 5days.
